Accenture Reinvention Console is a platform which aims to amalgamate all of Accenture’s assets into one location. The entire system has really evolved through time, changing from loud and bold designs to minimalistic and sophisticated designs.

*I have been on 1AAA since its concepting days. I mainly worked on creating the taskflows, asset onboarding and assessment flow, landing page & learn more page and briefcase builder flow wireframes. I also worked on other flows where I was not the main point of contact*

Conclusions & Leanrings

When working on such a large-scale project, communication is essential. It's important to have the ability to respond quickly, as stakeholder requirements can change rapidly. One of the key lessons I learned is to emphasize the principles of UX design to stakeholders who prefer having everything displayed on one page. I helped them understand that this approach is more user-friendly and will result in a more widely usable product.
